Employee Benefits

Shift Differential Pay All positions at the Wealshire offer shift differential pay for shift pick-ups and overnight positions. 401-K / Profit Sharing This is an amazing benefit that all employees have access to. In 2017 our employees enrolled in profit sharing had a 63% match to their 401-K. Extremely Favorable PTO Our Paid Time Off is accrued at a high rate per hour and carries over. Tuition Reimbursement Our employees are eligible to receive $4,000 per year in tuition reimbursement. Holiday Pay 2.5 x Hourly Nurses receive 2.5 x hourly pay for all major holidays. Uniform Allowance Employees receive an allowance to purchase uniforms on an ongoing basis. License Renewal Covered The Wealshire assists nurses with their annual license renewal fees. Comprehensive Medical, Dental, & Vision The Wealshire offers a great group medical plan that pays a premium of the employees’ expenses, 80% of dental premiums, and 100% of vision premiums. We also provide amazing coverage for children.
