Step Two
Family members go to www.EasyConnectHD.com and sign up for a free account. The EasyConnect HD service takes care of setting everything up for the family members, and provides all ongoing support and managed services.
Step Three
Once the family member is all set up, they can easily schedule video calls with the resident.
Step Four
When it’s time for the scheduled video call, the family member just logs into the Skype account that was issued to them. They can enjoy “visiting” with their loved one from anywhere in the world now. It’s that easy!
